You will be passionate about cooking and have the ability to work effectively under pressure. You should have a proven track record of working in a similar role and be confident in managing and training junior members of the team. Kitchen Porter
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, assisting the chefs with food preparation, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. Duties include washing and cleaning dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment; ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy; sweeping and mopping floors; and removing trash and recycling. Housekeeping Team Member
Ensure the hotel is clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all guest areas, including guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and cupboards, while ensuring that service levels are exceptional. Your role will involve servicing hotel bedrooms and public areas to company standards and within allocated time frames.
