We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Front of House Team Leader to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
* Provide training, mentoring, and support to reception staff, promoting a positive and motivated team environment.
* Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless communication and exceptional guest service standards.
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, setting the tone for the team.
Reception Duties
* Welcome guests warmly and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
* Participate in check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
* Address guest inquiries and concerns, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
* Ensure the reception area is well-organised and reflects the brand’s standards of excellence.
* Take responsibility for the ordering of stock supplies.
Create Duties
* Act as a liaison between the reception team and the creative team to implement new ideas and initiatives.
* Assist in the running of craft workshops and have an interest in childcare, although this is not essential.

* Strong leadership skills.
* A creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas for guest engagement.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with guests and staff.
* Highly organised and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in hotel reception or a similar leadership role is essential.
* Proficiency in hotel management systems and standard office software.
* A track record of successful collaboration across teams and departments.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, and having a versatile role within the front of house team which will include a variety of roles.
