Your responsibilities will include:

* Leadership & Team Management: Leading a team of Family Solicitors, Paralegals, and support staff, ensuring high levels of efficiency, professionalism, and client care.
* Case Management: Managing a varied caseload of complex family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic violence cases.
* Business Development: Formulating and executing strategies to expand the department, enhance client relations, and identify new opportunities for growth.
* Client Relations: Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring they receive a high standard of care and achieving the best possible outcomes.
* Mentoring & Training: Offering support, guidance, and professional development to junior members of the team, helping them to reach their full potential.
* Strategic Input: Collaborating with senior management to implement business strategies and maintain the firm’s competitive edge in the Family Law sector.

* A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of experience in Family Law.
