Salary 40,000 - 70,000 GBP per year Requirements: - - Hold a Degree or equivalent within a STEM field. - Have a strong familiarisation with SysML. - Experience using Model Based System Engineering toolsets such as Enterprise Architect. - A firm understanding of Systems Engineering and Systems thinking. - Familiarity with the Engineering System Lifecycle and related processes (specifically processes mentioned in ISO/IEC 15288). Responsibilities: - - Design and maintain requirements, architectures, and system designs for complex technical systems. - Generate SysML views to capture interactions between complex systems within the submarine. - Support the full utilisation and development of model-based systems engineering artifacts across a portfolio of products. - Expand, elaborate, and own key system design elements and associated systems engineering products that drive customer success. - Work with cross-functional teams to define system functions, requirements, and design elements to ensure optimal performance in constrained technical environments. - Decompose complex designs into understandable components for further elaboration and development. - Support the execution of the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation to operational readiness.
