Coordinate with collaborators from various departments to deliver engaging internal activities. Craft and deliver effective internal communications. Support new employee onboarding and provide expertise in communication techniques for different audiences. Ensure seamless integration of engagement strategy across all channels, encouraging a growing environment where all employees feel valued.
* You will work on significant projects such as developing and delivering internal engagement campaigns and leading both virtual and face-to-face events.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Support the development and delivery of the Engagement strategy, ensuring it aligns with the business narrative and is embedded across all relevant channels.
* Coordinate, write, and deliver engaging internal communications to drive understanding and connection within the organization.
* Lead and deliver events and conferences, both virtually and in-person, to champion employee engagement.
* Apply brand guidelines and engagement principles across all channels to maintain a consistent tone of voice.
* Provide internal communication and engagement advice to business areas and project teams, finding opportunities and contributing to the business narrative.
* Develop and maintain engagement plans for assigned areas, ensuring collaborators are well-informed and engaged.
* Actively handle feedback loops and internal social content channels to respond to colleagues’ voices.
* Measure the efficiency of engagement activities, learn from data analysis, and continuously improve strategies.
What You Bring
* Proven verbal and written communication skills.
* Successful track record in handling senior customers and developing engagement strategies that align with business objectives.
* Ability to translate sophisticated subjects into accessible, engaging communications.
* Experience in effective channel management within an employee engagement environment.
* Strong project management skills and outstanding attention to detail.
* Effective time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines optimally.
* Consistent record of delivering projects from initiation to completion.
