We are currently recruiting a senior level role within a unique organisation who have a strong culture and a vision that service and customers really take precedent, this role sits as part of the Senior Leadership Team. The Head of Engineering and Service will take responsibility for leading the service team consisting of service engineers, technical support and the replenishment and stores team, setting the vision and the strategy and supporting the teams to deliver an excellent service model to their customers. My client sell and service machinery to the food manufacturing industry, clients range from multi site global organisations to small start ups but the service offered to each client remains the same. They are unique in their service proposition and need a unique individual to support the delivery of the strategy. In order to be considered you MUST have the following skills and attributes Worked within the food manufacturing industry and have good knowledge of the sector Have an engineering or service background Ability to manage teams in fast paced environments Be driven by delivery not by financial results Ability to communicate to both technical and non technical stakeholders Have a hands on and strategic element to a previous role You must be able to travel as part of the role In return my client offer an excellent working culture and environment and a very strong package Please contact me for a further discussion
