We are looking for an individual who has experience in Sales and possesses high organisational skills, attention to detail, and a drive to continually learn and develop, while contributing to the whole company and acknowledging our company ethos of care first.
Main responsibilities:
1. Outbound calling
2. Answering the Sales phone for all team members when in meetings
3. Dealing with leads through phone calls, emails, and live chat, and recording those leads
4. Coordinating and supporting the sales team by managing schedules and booking appointments
5. Conducting market research and recording trends to report back to the sales team
6. Data entry, including the management of CRM data and keeping all records up to date
7. Covering colleagues on annual leave with all inbound duties, including booking inbound demos and dealing with inbound leads
8. Researching leads to find the correct prospects to contact
9. Using the CRM and actively cleansing the data while keeping records up to date
10. Being part of the wider sales team, joining meetings with Marketing, Sales, and Products
11. Attending face-to-face events to generate leads or action leads from these care events and notifying/handover to the relevant department
Required Experience:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
2. Outbound calling experience
3. A background in the care sector is desirable but not essential
4. Hubspot CRM knowledge/use is desirable
