Here is the role: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving Sales, Revenue and GP targets. With a clear and demonstrable track record of identifying, refining, and closing out opportunities with new clients. As an experienced Business Development Manager you will already have a strong foundation in Business and Digital Transformation including Operating Model design, IT service delivery, and IT service management. This is what we need from you: Own the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal Following a ‘Power Base Selling’ methodology Create and execute a territory business plan Create and execute sales campaigns within the sales territory Nurture sales opportunities, entering new opportunities into sales pipeline Able to communicate effectively with corporate professionals, establish respect, credibility, and relationships at all levels Highly organised and with attention to detail A client-centric approach to business Taking full responsibility whilst still appreciating it’s a team effort Strong written and verbal business communication Working to deadlines and performing under pressure We also need you to: Proven experience of selling complex IT services projects to technical and business stakeholders Ability to work on own initiative Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, writing and presentation skills Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines A holistic view of the business, ability to see the bigger picture Ability to work with key internal stakeholders – sales, marketing, operations and consultants Ability to work with key external stakeholders – Clients and Microsoft Managing or adapting to change, pace, strategic direction Would be great if you: High attention to detail Excellent time-management Proactive nature Can work individually or as part of a team.
