Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: Thetford
Shifts Available:
✅ Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
✅ Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Hourly Pay:
£12.35 per hour from 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
£14.50 per hour for the night shift (11:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Overtime Rate: £18.15 per hour Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced Assembly Operatives to join our client’s team. You’ll be assembling automotive parts, following clear instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Assemble automotive parts as directed and meet production targets
Use tools and machinery safely on the assembly line
Check finished parts to ensure they meet quality requirements
Follow health and safety rules, keeping your work area clean and organized
Report any issues with parts, tools, or processes to your supervisor Requirements:
Experience: Must have prior assembly or manufacturing experience
Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
