Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the B2B Sales Support Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team of Account Sales Representatives, ensuring sales and service objectives are realised.
*This is a part-time position where you will job share with another manager. Your working days will be Monday - Wednesday*

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Account Sales Representatives, responsible for actively contacting our B2B customers to drive sales growth across our Key Accounts.
* Manage the ASR team to achieve targets & KPI’s both individually and as a team.
* Create innovative and effective calling campaigns with the team, based around:
o Down-spending Customers
o Lapsed customers
o Growth campaigns
o Product campaigns
o Acquisition campaigns
o New framework campaigns
* Own the campaign planning process, identifying sales and service opportunities available within Growth and Prospecting campaigns.
* Use feedback and colleague surveys to make plans to improve engagement, taking ownership for engagement of the ASR team.
* Track results as necessary, ensuring sales, service and productivity goals are achieved.
* Make recommendations and implement improvements and enhancements to drive results.
* Coach performance in the team to ensure effective realisation of departmental goals.
* Ensure all key stakeholder needs are met, and information is shared effectively.
* Maintain key business stakeholder relationships to drive success e.g. Account Manager’s, Leadership & 3rd party suppliers.
* Provide support to B2B Account Managers during absence.
* Share expertise and knowledge with others.
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous management experience is preferred.
* An understanding of creating and executing outbound calling campaigns is preferred.
* Ability to interpret data, trends and analysis would be preferred.
* Sales Orientated - tenacious, positive & motivated.
* Flexible & adaptable - skilled at managing your own and your team’s workloads & working on your own initiative.
* Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, whilst being open to changing direction to suit business needs.
* Commitment to results – Focused on targets and the ability to overcome any obstacles that may arise.
* Development – provides team with development opportunities and coaching.
* Recruits staff of a high calibre, understanding what strengths and competencies are required in the department.

* Has a strong understanding of sales, and in particular the ability to sell a ‘proposition’, although a background and experience selling actual product would be considered.
* Need to understand the Screwfix service, value and convenience proposition and articulate this into ‘features and benefits’.

* Planning and organising - Understands own and business priorities. Plans effectively and monitors progress towards achievement of plans.
