Job Description The Business Trainer will support the Retail Operations strategy and the delivery of consistently excellent customer outcomes by supporting the delivery of a range of soft skill, product, technical, and qualification development programmes across designated business areas. The Business Trainer will deliver engaging and up-to-date content to a range of employees across Retail Operations to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and experience to deliver excellent outcomes for customers. The role holder will prioritise and react to changes in learning needs to deliver timely content that is aligned to and supports business priorities. What you'll be doing: Delivering engaging, innovative, and informing business training solutions to ensure competency is achieved across Retail Operations. Acting as a business training subject matter expert and advise and guide the business to ensure an adequate, comprehensive, and consistent training experience. Ensuring business training evaluation ratings are at the required level to ensure the service provided gives a return on investment and delivers optimal outcomes for customers. Developing a strong knowledge of business processes, development techniques and external best practice to embed relevant current methodologies into training arrangements, creating innovative solutions for identified business needs. Communicating effectively with stakeholders and business training peers, sharing best practice, guidance, and experience to drive a culture of continuous improvement. Analysing and validating data trends and work closely with colleagues across Talent Acquisition functions to proactively plan for changes in headcount and/or learning needs.
