Are you an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Administration & Maintenance Coordinator to join a dynamic team near London Bridge.
About Our Client:
Our client is a leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, known for delivering high-quality building services solutions to the Commercial, Residential, and Refurbishment sectors. They are passionate about providing innovative engineering solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality and innovation.
In this role you will provide proactive support to resolving issues at client's premises. You will be the first point of contact for clients reporting problems at their properties, consulting with the client, residents, and the call-out engineers/sub-contractors to investigate and rectify any work.
To be a successful Maintenance Coordinator, you will need to take a proactive approach in building relationships with all clients, contractors, site staff, office staff, aftercare engineers, and suppliers.
You will be highly organised and driven to deliver quality work, taking pride in what you do and enjoying supporting and helping others achieve their objectives.
This role is integral to the smooth day-to-day running of the Aftercare & Maintenance team, and you will represent the company with a clear and professional communication style, with the willingness to learn and take ownership and responsibility for your workload.
Duties in the role:
* Co-ordinate Maintenance and Warranty visits with clients, call-out Engineers/sub-contractors, and residents (this includes emergency weekend call outs).
* Order parts and equipment as required for maintenance and warranty repairs.
* Record purchase orders raised - Keep database updated.
* Keep Maintenance and Warranty software/reports up to date.
* Diary management for engineer's emergency and planned call outs.
* Ensure that clients' invoices for PPM & Remedial works are raised on completion of works.
About you:
* A proficient user of all Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Good general education - Minimum 3 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent; we will also consider candidates who can prove relevant work experience.
* A good telephone manner.
