We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting HR Coordinator to join our client based in the heart of Trowbridge supporting their HR department across multiple functions throughout their Wiltshire sites. Reporting to the HRBP, this is a full-time opportunity to gain valuable experience across all aspects of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing support with the day-to-day HR & Recruitment operations, including support on their management systems.
2. Project support.
3. Be the lead on the preparation of data coming through the system, cleaning, and then supporting the development of new system implementations.
Requirements:
1. Experience of working within a HR environment.
2. Knowledge of developing administration systems and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
3. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
4. Microsoft Office knowledge, specifically with Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
