The Role
The Head of Finance will be responsible for managing the Finance Department and meeting department objectives. The post holder is a part of the Hillcrest Senior Team, and in collaboration with the Director of Finance and Property, is responsible for providing finance and business support across all areas of the organisation.
You Will
1. Have previous experience working at a senior level and providing financial leadership and management
2. Have technical experience of accounting standards, budget setting and monitoring
3. Have effective communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels
4. Have excellent analytical skills
5. Be a fully qualified accountant (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
