Role: Breakfast Manager

Salary: up to £26,500 per annum to be discussed at interview, experience dependant plus a share of Service charge approx. £2k a year
Hours: 40+ hours (Full-Time), including weekends & bank holidays, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner on various shift patterns.
Relationships: General Manager, Kitchen team, Food & Beverage team
As the Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our breakfast service. This includes managing staff, ensuring the quality of food and service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing a memorable breakfast experience for our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate
* Being a 'multi-skilled' individual who has previous hospitality experience (bar/restaurant) - minimum x2 years
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
* Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems and Simphony EPOS system
* Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
* Be a team player as well as an individual worker
* To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
* Must have transport due to start of shift times and location of hotel
Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and motivate the breakfast team.
* Ensure all breakfast food items are prepared to the highest standards and served in a timely manner.
* Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns or issues promptly.
* Train and onboard new team members.
* Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth service.
* Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety standards.
* Assist in creating a welcoming and clean environment for all guests.
* Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
* Handle scheduling and manage staffing needs to ensure coverage during peak breakfast hours.
