We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Scheme Manager (Band 2) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the successful operation and performance of designated schemes. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure each scheme meets its objectives while adhering to regulatory standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering quality services and enhancing the overall experience for our clients. The Scheme Manager will also be responsible for coordinating resources, managing budgets, and providing strategic direction to ensure that scheme initiatives are executed effectively. Your day-to-day responsibilities will require you to solve challenges creatively and implement innovative solutions that align with the organization’s goals. Additionally, you will monitor progress and outcomes, reporting directly to senior management on the performance of various initiatives, making recommendations for improvements as necessary. Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of assigned schemes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve scheme objectives.
Monitor and report on financial performance, managing budgets and resources effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate training and development sessions for team members and stakeholders.
Engage with the community to promote scheme initiatives and gather feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience in scheme management or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A degree in management, business administration, or relevant area is preferred.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £17.91
