Recruitment Coordinator
We are a nationwide provider of care and support, supporting people with varying needs, predominantly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, or mental health support needs. Our clients have been supported by us for many years. We have a small recruitment team that undertakes the whole recruitment process in-house; this is not a role to recruit for an agency. As a recruiter, you will get to know the people we support and understand their needs, which means you will have a full understanding of the requirements. We are an Outstanding rated CQC Care Provider, and much of the basis for this rating is that we spend a lot of time finding the right people with the right values. The successful candidate for this role will be part of our recruitment team, ensuring that we provide Outstanding support at all times.
