Your New Role
As a Human Resources Advisor you will provide comprehensive HR support to the business (c.170). Your role will involve ensuring that managers and employees are equipped with best practices to foster a high-performance culture. You will focus on providing expert HR advice and ensuring the successful implementation of HR initiatives. This role is a Generalist HR role covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, absence management, development of polices and procedures and wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
What You Will Need to Succeed
* Proven experience in a Generalist HR role
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
