Therapeutic Lead Professional (Job Ref 24-86)
Part-time – 5 hours per week
Salary - £26,963 per annum pro rata
Based in Newton Abbot or Plymouth
Fixed-Term Contract - 1 Year
Are you a qualified practitioner excited at the opportunity to use your youthwork and therapeutic skills in a community setting with young people? Are you ready to join our dedicated team working therapeutically with young people living within our family-based placements?
We are looking for a Therapeutic Lead Professional to join our Plan B team in Plymouth or Newton Abbot.
Plan B is therapeutically informed family-based placements for young people who haven’t yet found the right accommodation and pathway for them. Providing a team parenting model, we offer a holistic wraparound package for young people and their hosts.
If you are creative, flexible and energetic, you might be the person we are looking for to complement our existing team. You will be supporting vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 through their journey to independence. Working alongside other professionals you will be working with a therapeutic team parenting model for young people living in our Plan B service.
