Our client, a growing International Investment Platform, is looking for an Operations Administrator to join the Client Services team in their Bath office.
Role Responsibilities:
* Handling telephone enquiries
* Oversight of incoming ISA transfers, GIA & ISA withdrawals
* Find solutions for clients and engage with colleagues to improve the customer journey
* Attend and contribute to daily huddles and monthly team meetings
* Provide constructive feedback to the Operations Manager on any process improvements
