What we need from you as an Office Manager: 12 months minimum experience in a similar Office Manager role, or at least 3 years experience working in a role as an office-based Administrator Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include a professional telephone and email manner Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and w ell organised, proactive and a creative thinker An efficient leader who is assertive and not afraid of difficult conversations Able to deal with challenges and conflicts whilst still having a manner about you that is supportive for employees Responsibilities and Tasks include: Providing assistance to the case managers with the day-to-day management of their caseloads and compliance (clients & support staff) Giving support for the induction and completion of tasks of other administrators and checking the quality of their workload Supporting all employees in liaison with external agencies with regards to IT and HR related matters Management of referrals Completing compliance reports and performance / KPI reports Assisting with all employee HR related matters and all employee training Leading the admin team (inductions, supervision and appraisals) Assisting with the complaints procedure and the companys recruitment needs Assisting with the consultancy case manager service Delegating general administrative duties to staff Promoting the company and its work in the community and in all areas of its operation Communicating clearly with other staff, peers, managers, customers, and all other agencies and interested parties Salary/Hours: £30,000 £32,000 (full time) per year depending on experience. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Also considered will be: Job share, flexible working and part time working.
