The successful candidate will be expected to:
* Work 2 shift patterns: 6am-2pm and 9am-5pm.
* Manage shift changes for evening events up until 11pm.
* Carry out a variety of building maintenance inspections, identifying general maintenance issues.
* Have knowledge and experience of basic building maintenance, delivering enhancement work to FM buildings, including internal decorating and external building improvement.
You will be expected to have the following:
* Full driving license.
* Knowledge and experience of basic building maintenance and relevant health and safety legislation.
* Understanding of Best Value and Performance Management.
* Ability to identify and resolve problems and work to deadlines/schedules.
* Approachable, accurate, and adaptable to change.
* Self-motivated and able to work with others.
* Ability to communicate at all levels.

Hours: 37 hours per week.
