Grafton Banks Finance are working with a rapidly growing commercial company with offices in Reigate, Surrey to recruit a Finance Manager on an initial 6-month contract. Reporting into the Financial Controller and working with the CFO you will be responsible for the smooth running of the companies growing finances. Duties and Responsibilities will include: Revenue, raising sales orders, creating shipments from ERP system, generating final sales invoices, issuing goods from warehouse to customer, managing AR ledger / credit process, maintaining sales transaction data / analysis Raising goods purchase orders, generating PO receipts, updating inventory in system Expenses, Uploading AP invoices to system, processing payments Inventory, maintaining inventory valuation held in third party warehouses Payroll, Payroll journals (outside payroll process) Managing asset registers and monthly depreciation/amortisation postings Bank Reconciliation Month End Close Accruals, Prepayments Manual Journals (COGS, transportation, IFRS16 lease journals) Analysing results vs Budget across revenue, COGS, operating expenses Updating management accounts, Board decks / PowerPoint Business partnering operations, factory, sales/marketing team Corporate card / expense queries The successful candidate will be Qualified by experience ( QBE) Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Part Qualified with at least 3 years practical working experience within a similar varied finance role. You will ne to have a proven track record of working within at SME commercial structure, ability to work within a small, fast-growing environment. You will also need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and strong IT skills including Microsoft packages ( Excel intermediate level – pivot tables, v-look ups, update models, formulas) and experience of working with ERP systems.
