Who are we looking for?
A pro-active and solutions focused People Operations Coordinator who is highly organised and brings a positive mindset and approach to day-to-day work and associated projects.
What you'll be doing:
You will support the Head of Operations in delivering an effective People Operations strategy, focusing on putting the employee first and continuously improving employee engagement, development and retention.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support the Head of Operations and People Operations Specialist in delivering key strategic projects.
2. Ensure the smooth running of department activities and keep all information up to date.
3. Strive for continuous improvement in the team and flag opportunities to streamline processes.
4. Provide reporting on key employee engagement statistics.
5. Support employee Community and Charity Days.
6. Manage the day-to-day operations of our employee engagement platforms - for example our Intranet and Employee Engagement Platform.
7. Coordinate the Investors in People review that takes place every 3 years and ongoing annual maintenance of our awarded status, plus coordinate any other company certifications and awards.
8. Support with the organisation and coordination of company events, for example our 2-day annual event, Team Days, Network Socials.
9. Coordinate the running of the employee bi-annual performance review cycle.
10. Day-to-day coordination of our LMS and reporting.
11. Manage the People Operations Inbox and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
12. Coordinate and record incoming training request forms accurately.
13. Coordinate with Bridewell's Network Leads to support with socials and volunteering events.
14. Be an advocate for the Bridewell values.

Location: Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy, however you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
