Customer Success Manager / SaaS
Location: Edinburgh
Working arrangement: Hybrid working – onsite 3 days per week.
Salary: £35k (OTE £45k)
Our client is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join the business at an exciting time of growth. Working closely with the Sales and Support Teams, you will be a key part of onboarding and implementing new customers, as well as ensuring seamless adoption of the platform. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Owning the process to ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
2. Managing onboarding plans.
3. Educating end customers to ensure they are confident with the platform.
4. Maintaining ongoing relationships post-onboarding to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Providing support, guidance, and ongoing assistance on the platform.
