They operate a number of service areas across the country. The Operations function is based at the Beaconsfield site and due to an opportunity that has arisen within the department, they are seeking to recruit a temporary Administrative Assistant. This is an ideal chance for a proactive, hard-working individual to join a highly successful and energetic management team.
Your new role
Primary Objective:
To provide efficient and effective support to the PA to the Senior Operations Executive on all operational aspects of the business.
Key Tasks
1. Supporting the Operations team to ensure proper maintenance of all the group’s sites, including annual maintenance and placing orders for ad-hoc repairs and capital expenditure.
2. Preparation of operational management information, including hotel numbers, etc.
3. Dealing with all customer service matters via telephone and email and being the first point of contact for customers.
4. Ordering site consumables, including uniforms for cleaning staff.
5. Ordering stationery for all sites as and when required.
6. Managing meeting room bookings at several sites.
7. Ad hoc requests for parking sales receipts.
8. Other ad-hoc operations related to matters as they arise from time to time.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Administrative experience or similar.
10. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
11. Excellent telephone manner.
12. Professional, organised, approachable, flexible and used to working with the minimum of supervision.
13. Well presented, articulate and enthusiastic.
