About the Role
As a Trainee Health & Safety Advisor, you will assist the Health & Safety team in delivering key safety projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture across all construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the development of a positive Health & Safety culture across all projects.
2. Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
3. Help create measurement systems to track Health & Safety performance.
4. Work closely with employees, subcontractors, and suppliers on safety-related matters.
5. Conduct site inspections and audits, gaining hands-on experience in safety assessments.
6. Represent company values in interactions with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
1. Some form of construction experience is essential - this could be on-site experience, working with contractors, or exposure to construction safety practices.
2. A passion for Health & Safety and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry.
3. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
4. A full UK driving license - as some site travel may be required.
