We have a fantastic opportunity to join our amazing Supply Planning team, where you will be responsible for the supply planning, oversight and coordination of Coffee finished goods for EMENA. You will also use your expertise and be accountable for the performance of the Supply Plan, to hit target Availability, Inventory and Waste levels. This will involve working closely with Global and Regional Demand planning teams, plus the Roastery and associated suppliers to ensure appropriate (inventory) availability of coffee, together with suitable safety stock levels for the business as a whole. What you’ll do Being a Coffee Supply Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be: Respond to the Demand Plan, flagging risks on capacity challenges as appropriate Work with Demand Planning to implement hedging strategies to manage peaks in demand and uncertainties (e.g. weather spikes, supply constraints) Develop and maintain data accuracy and reporting that supports day-to-day decision-making. Accountable for leading the supply of finished goods coffee for EMENA, through effective long, mid and short-term supply plans. Who you are It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: Proven Supply Chain experience, ideally within a Planning role Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, changing environment Strong data and MS excel skills to an intermediate level Logical thinking and problem-solving skills Showing outstanding attention to detail, identifying, and correct anomalies quickly The ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels. Stakeholder management with the ability to work across multiple teams.
