Advert Senior Administrator - Systems, Health & Social Care, Stornoway (3394) 37 hours per week, Permanent Post £30,252 to £33,069 per annum (inclusive of £2,742 Distant Islands Allowance per annum) The Senior Administrator - Systems is responsible for effective configuration, operation and maintenance of client management systems used within the Health & Social Care Department. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to system development, implementation, training and audit within Adult Social Work and Social Care. You will be responsible for carrying out quality checks and audits to ensure the data, information and client records are kept to the standards required from the Records Management Code of Practice for Health and Social Care 2024. It is essential that you have experience in creating, extracting, and presenting information for reports as required to support service delivery and planning. You must have substantial experience in an administrative role within a team-based environment and have working knowledge of client management systems. It is essential that you have knowledge of services within Health & Social Care, you will have experience of setting up client record systems and proven organisational and planning skills. You will have the ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as prioritise work and work to tight deadlines.
