Finance Office Manager – Ashburton – Permanent Position - £35,000 - £40,000 D.O.E. – Full Time - 9am - 5pm - Free Parking, Office Based, Pension and Sick Pay Schemes. 28 Days Holidays. Available to start January 2025
With over 1,500 clients, this is a busy and varied role. As Manager, you will be supported by 1 x P/T Credit Controller and 1 x P/T Administrator to enable you to run the office with the main focus on Accounts & Finance.
Extensive working knowledge required on SAGE50. Responsibilities include:
1. Dealing with all aspects of Accounts including Sales & Bought Ledger
2. Profit and Loss
3. Weekly Payroll
4. Banking and Bank Reconciliations
5. Credit Control
6. Petty Cash
7. Invoicing
8. Analyses and creating Monthly Accounts
This busy, varied role requires an outgoing, confident, and engaging personality due to dealing with a large customer base where Customer Service is paramount. You will manage 2 x Office Staff and liaise with Site Managers while maintaining a hands-on and flexible approach to the role.
AAT Level 3 or equivalent is required.
Own transport is necessary as the office is not near any transport links.
To achieve the higher salary, you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the main criteria of the role with past experience and working knowledge during the interview.
