Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper Job Type: Part-time, Hybrid (2-3 days in the office) Location: Must be able to drive due to location Hours: Up to 24 hours per week We are seeking an efficient Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper who is proficient in Sage and Microsoft packages. This role offers flexible working hours and the option for hybrid working, making it ideal for someone who values balance and independence in their professional life. Day-to-day of the role: Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports. Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts receivable/payable. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office packages. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Must have a valid driver's license as driving to the location is required.
