We are looking for a full-time experienced Admin/Receptionist to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team based in Saffron House. You will act as a professional, effective, and efficient Receptionist and Administrator for the diverse group of services working within Saffron House. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This is a full-time position, however we would consider a job share for the right candidates. Please note this vacancy may close early if sufficient numbers of applications are received. Main duties of the job To assist the service/team by undertaking all administration duties relating to the day to day running of a busy Older People's Community Mental Health Team. To provide a polite and efficient reception service to visitors, staff and stake holders as required. To perform general office duties, including responding to email and phone enquiries, answering the telephone, taking and recording messages accurately, and responding to queries appropriately, following Trust procedures and protocols. Organise own workload and act independently within appropriate guidelines. Order, check, maintain and distribute equipment and supplies for the team and other agencies as required.
