Duties Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of site plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks Single and three phase power, generator readings, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing Minor electrical - changing sockets, rewiring, fault finding Legionella awareness Maintenance on AHUs/FCUs/split AC systems Plant room checks General fabric maintenance when needed Logging all works carried out using online logging tool Supporting wider shift team with larger maintenance works Liaising and escorting subcontractors around the site Building/maintaining good relationship with end client and building/facility managerRequirements City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing & Heating 18th Edition Building services maintenance experience (2 years ) Able to communicate well on emails and face to faceSalary & benefits £50,000 - £60,000 per annum 25 days holiday entitlement 8 days bank holiday Overtime available at 1.5x standard rate, 2x for Sundays and bank holidays Company pension Cycle to work / season ticket loan scheme Industry leading training scheme / career progression opportunitiesRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
