Job Description
Service Care Solutions is seeking a skilled Client Surveying Manager for a client in Westminster .
This key role involves supporting the definition of a 5-year investment program and managing a team of surveyors overseeing major refurbishment projects through Term Partnering Contracts (TPC). The Client Surveying Manager will guide projects from strategic definition to preparation and brief stages (RIBA Stages 0-2), ensuring technical excellence and alignment with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of surveyors to manage the briefing process for projects under TPC
2. Collaborate with external consultants to provide technical detail and audits for informed decision-making.
3. Manage project planning, focusing on building refurbishment and M&E works, while incorporating elements like condensation and fire strategy.
4. Monitor and review project outcomes, ensuring lessons learned are integrated into future projects.
5. Support the development of capital investment programs and asset strategies, working closely with senior managers and stakeholders.
Experience & Skills:
6. 5+ years in building surveying or project management with experience in capital investment teams.
7. Good knowledge of construction technology, building pathology, and the Landlord and Tenant Act.
8. Proven ability to manage complex projects, deliver value for money, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
9. Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, or similar, and a relevant degree in construction-related fields.
10. Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
