If so, we want you to be part of our team at AXA Partners in Redhill Position Summary\: As a Compliance Governance Officer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our governance framework and ensuring the effectiveness of our reporting cycles. You'll work closely with various teams, helping to maintain high standards of compliance and governance across our organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the annual programme of meetings for AXA Partners UK to ensure effective reporting cycles Prepare meeting agendas and ensure the timely production of high-quality meeting materials and minutes Create and manage action logs from meetings, ensuring all actions are tracked and addressed promptly Maintain the AXA Partners UK Decision Log and support the preparation of annual reports from governance committees Coordinate activities related to the AXA Assistance (UK) Board and Committees Assist in the development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures Maintain key registers, including Gift and Entertainment, Consumer Duty Outcomes, and Regulatory Breaches Complete regulatory returns, including annual attestations to the Financial Conduct Authority Collaborate with the Head of Compliance and Executive Management Team to monitor governance effectiveness and implement improvements Support annual effectiveness reviews to ensure all governance committees operate within their Terms of Reference LI-UK AXA Partners is an AXA transversal business unit offering a wide range of solutions in assistance services, travel insurance and credit protection.
