We are seeking a hairdressing specialist with a desire to teach to join the Hairdressing team within the Department of Service Industries. The post holder will ensure the needs of our learners come first and that every learner will be provided with opportunities to achieve their full potential within a safe, stimulating and supportive environment.
You will be required to deliver high quality teaching and learning and you are expected to develop appropriate teaching techniques and materials which enable all learners to achieve their full potential and take account of educational initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Relevant L2 and L3 hairdressing qualification.
2. Ideally an assessor qualification.
3. Relevant teacher qualification.
4. Experience in teaching learners aged 16-19 on study programmes and adults.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Familiarity with using teams and assessment tracking software.
