Salary: Band H - £27336.00 to £29835.00 FTE (dep on qualifications and experience)

The amazing Projects Team here at East Coast College is looking for a Job Coach to help support young people as part of the Thrive Project delivery.
Funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and being delivered on behalf of a consortium of Suffolk Local Authorities, this is a highly localised and responsive programme of support to Adults who are not in work.
You will find yourself joining a supportive team environment that is committed to giving young people and adults the best experience possible. As a Job Coach, you will have the responsibility for supporting people who have barriers to successful progression to develop their plans for employment or training within the East Suffolk district, offering access to the college’s network of employers, training programmes, other education providers, and apprenticeships as well as to obtain an education, employment or training (EET) outcome.
