Permanent full time | Based at Blackburn Flexible work arrangements $73k Super Increase your take-home pay with salary packaging Your new role Our Carer Services program delivers a range of support services to carers who provide unpaid care and support to a family member or friend, who is frail due to age or has dementia, a disability, mental illness, terminal illness or chronic health condition. You will be supporting Assessment and Planning Officers and the boarder Carer Services team with a range of administration and customer service tasks. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, assisting with general queries and scheduling appointments for service delivery. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload with conflicting tasks and deadlines. You will enjoy interacting positively and calmly with people from all walks of life and be able to communicate clearly by phone.
