Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead, support and manage the delivery of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful implementation on time, to quality and to budget.
Working Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 35 hours per week
Contract Type: 1 year fixed term contract
Main Objectives:
1. Responsible for planning, organising, scheduling, directing, executing, maintaining and overall management of the Customer Relationships Management project using the PRINCE 2 and Agile project management methods.
2. Managing the CRM project through controlled initiation, delivery and closure phases, implementing agreed best practice.
3. Ensuring the development of all project documentation (PID/Project Brief, Project Plans, Project Risk and Issue management, Resource Plans, Reporting documents etc.).
4. Ensuring all stakeholders are engaged effectively to support both delivery and the production of key documentation.
5. Ensuring that any IT requirements for the project are fully scoped, agreed and delivered in conjunction with the IT Development Technician.
6. Managing dependencies and conflicts within and between individual projects.
7. Engaging virtual project teams effectively across the IDTA.
8. Ensuring that project progress is communicated effectively.
9. Identifying, measuring and recording risks, and ensuring that adequate mitigation and contingency is in place.
10. Driving issues through to resolution, managing conflict where necessary.
11. Ensuring that progress is analysed and success measured to achieve controlled improvement and implementation.
12. Optimising the timing of the release and successful implementation of project deliverables into business.
13. Managing the transfer of knowledge and procedures into the business.
14. Ensuring that the objectives of the projects have been met.
15. Managing effective project closure ensuring that all final documentation is completed and archived.
16. Undertaking post-delivery and implementation reviews and conducting Lessons Learned.
17. Managing third party suppliers to agreed project requirements ensuring time, budget and scope/quality control (where necessary).
18. Working with budget holders to negotiate and manage project budgets, contracts and SLAs, establishing cost benefit and sound commercial outcomes.
19. Tracking project spend against agreed budgets for all areas of a project.
20. Communicating and facilitating resolution for issues or risks related to project over- or under-spend.
21. Suggesting new ways to improve cost efficiency through process innovation.
22. Ensuring balance of budget, time and quality is managed on all projects.
23. Implementing and managing comprehensive reporting structures as appropriate to ensure full visibility of project progress and capture and management of issues and risks.
24. Other activities or duties as directed by the CEO to support the objectives of the role.
25. Keeping up to date on project management developments, trends and best practice outside IDTA, considering how to make use of new insights in own role.

Person Specification:
Essential:
* Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
* Knowledge of software, infrastructure and application development projects.
* Substantial experience of customer service delivery.
* Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product acceptance, and change request processes.
* Experience of working in the Membership Management space.
* Experience as a Business Analyst.
* Experience as a Super User or working with Super Users.
* Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Storage, Cloud and Security).
* Knowledge of IT Applications (Dynamics 365/CRM, Websites, Office and O365 and Operating Systems).
* Knowledge of budgets.
* Knowledge and use of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English including the ability to explain technical terminology commonly used in own area of work for a range of audiences.
* Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and build strong working relationships with various stakeholders to deliver business activities successfully.
* Experience of working on multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity to meet targets and timescales demonstrating a pragmatic approach to delivery.
* Ability to manage time and prioritise a diverse and demanding workload.
* Accuracy and attention to detail, proactive approach to problem solving and identifying service improvements.
* Ability to use own initiative to achieve objectives within specified time frames with minimal supervision.
* A high standard of professionalism, and ability to work to company values.
* Ability to engage business stakeholders and facilitate successful outcomes.
* Solution experience of CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Web Portals/Websites.
* Web Content Management Systems.
* Systems Integration.
* Data Migration and Cleansing.
