We’re looking for a Service Engineer to keep our equipment—and our clients—working at their best What You’ll Be Doing: Tackling the unexpected: Respond to breakdown calls for blast freezers, cold stores, and tempering units, ensuring clients get back to business fast. Planning ahead: Conduct scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting issues early to prevent costly repairs. Leading solutions: Identify trends in equipment failures, and work with our Service Department to action repairs quickly. Client support: Provide operational guidance to end-users, helping them make the most of their systems. On-the-go: Travel to client sites, sometimes needing to work away from home or take 24-hour on-call duty when needed. Key Responsibilities: Assess equipment to ensure all work needed is completed. Coordinate any additional repair work needed, liaising with the client and our Service Department. Complete paperwork professionally and efficiently after each visit. Conduct site surveys, assist with installations, and report equipment trends. Maintain stock levels on your service van and keep accurate records. What You’ll Bring: A background in maintenance, ideally with refrigeration systems (though experience with similar equipment is welcome). A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Willingness to travel and be on call as needed to keep our customers’ operations seamless. Commitment to health and safety standards, as well as environmental regulations.
