What you will do in your working day
The role will involve predominantly working with 2 - 5 year olds, plus some after school children and holiday club. We are a small team therefore the role will be varied and may also involve working with under 2s.
Responsibilities
Assisting in the care for all children in the setting.
Help prepare and carry out activities for children based on their planning.
To support children's learning and development.
Create a safe and enjoyable environment for all children in the setting.
Ensure high hygiene standards are met and that the setting is kept clean and tidy.

It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.
This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
