Administrator Temporary Near Brandon Full time or part time considered Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5PM £13.50 per hour We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable and confident Administrator to work in our client's busy sales and accounts office. This role requires, a professional telephone manner, a keen eye for detail, previous experience within a sales administration on customer service administration role and confident IT skills, particularly MS Excel. Daily responsibilities to include: Processing Sales orders Processing Purchase Orders Producing Delivery Documents Liaising with Distribution Contractors Invoicing Generating product availability lists and customer updates, using Excel Dealing with customer queries and responding in a timely manner Working as part of a busy team and providing cover/support to other members where necessary Skill & Attributes: Comfortable working with Windows based sales and accounts packages Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including use of Lookup & Reference Formulae Excellent communication skills both written and verbal The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines Previous experience of order processing with a high level of accuracy Please apply today with your current CV or call our office for more information on (phone number removed), asking for Janine Broughton or Paige McMahon.
