FullCircl was formed in 2021 following the merger of Artesian Solutions and DueDil. In September 2023, FullCircl acquired W2 Global Data Solutions. Backed by top-tier investors, including Octopus Investments, Notion Capital, Augmentum Fintech, and notable angel investors such as Dr. Steve Garnett (EMEA Chairman SFDC), FullCircl has solidified its position in the industry.
The acquisition of W2, a specialist compliance and fraud platform, has enabled FullCircl's identity solutions products to mature and penetrate new regulated markets. This expansion has extended FullCircl’s reach into both KYC and KYB. Our web applications and APIs are now used by more than 15,000 end users in large clients including Barclays, Lloyds, NatWest, and Aon, as well as powering digital journeys for high growth challengers such as Tide, GoHenry, Mettle, Caxton, and hundreds more.

The Role
Technical Solutions Associate
The API Services team are responsible for onboarding clients with our API products, and ongoing maintenance and support of those clients, ensuring we manage their usage against contracted quotas, and inform the relevant client-facing teams where relevant.
You will be working within the API Services team alongside our Technical Solutions Specialist, helping our new clients to get started with FullCircl products and services, with a focus on clients that have contracted to use our APIs. You will also manage the API quotas for customers who have limits in place when using our services.
We’re looking for someone who has experience working in a customer facing role, and has experience working with, and supporting API products. We want a candidate who can convey technical solutions to stakeholders, both internally and externally, in an easy-to-understand way.
Key Responsibilities
* Setting up new customers with the required services and configurations.
* Joining client calls to discuss their requirements, and how our services can best fit these requirements.
* Managing usage quotas and informing the client-facing teams as clients approach limits.
* Managing API keys for new and existing clients.
* Applying for credentials with third party suppliers.
* Assist the Technical Support Specialist team with support tickets when needed.
* Manage client onboarding process using dedicated software, and report on status of clients.
* Liaise with our Customer Success Team regarding renewals, managing associated API quotas and keys.
Our ideal candidate will have
* Alignment with our core values (G.R.A.F.T.)
* 1+ years’ experience supporting APIs.
* 1+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
* A proactive approach to helping clients through the onboarding process.
* A strong attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
* Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
* Inquisitive mindset and a desire to learn new products.
