Oxford Precision Psychiatry Lab (OxPPL), led by Professor Andrea Cipriani, is an international multidisciplinary group of researchers, clinicians, statisticians, and methodologists who are passionate about improving the lives of people with mental illness across the lifespan.
We are looking to appoint a project manager to organise and oversee the initial set up of the PRADA trial.

About the Role
The post is funded to 30 September 2025 and is based in the Department of Psychiatry at the Warneford Hospital. It is available on a flexible hybrid basis with a minimum of 4 days a week on-site (ideally, Monday to Thursday), to work closely with the OxPPL and PRADA team. You will work with the Chief Investigator, Trial Manager and the Executive team to ensure efficient delivery of this project. You will help establish governance structure, groups, roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, and develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and agreed policies. You will contribute to the identification of risks involved in the project and manage project communications among collaborators across multiple sites at national and international levels.
About You
You must have an undergraduate degree along with experience in planning and managing a project. With the ability to work through a multi-disciplinary framework, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an interest in sharing and promoting research outputs and activities. An understanding of major depression and its pharmacological treatments would be desirable, as would experience of research and collaborations with high-level academic centres.
