About the Role:As a Multi Skilled Handy Person you will support the technical operation and maintenance of labs, buildings, and surrounding areas.. You will handle both reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance work.
* Supervise contractors and provide technical advice.
* Support new projects and stakeholder liaison.
* Ensure environmental best practices and certification.
* Deputise for the Facilities Manager as needed.

Essential Criteria:

* Experience in planning and managing contract work.
* Knowledge of diagnosing faults and maintenance of plant, equipment, and buildings.
* Multi-skilled role experience in technical estate management.
* Understanding of current Health and Safety regulations.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Criteria:

* Health & Safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH).
* Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
* Multi-trade maintenance experience.
