Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor to work in Reception Services within Patient Access and Administration. We have one position available to support the Quality and Performance Portfolio within Salford Reception Services which is full-time 37.5 hours per week. Main duties of the job The post holder is responsible for supervising the Reception Services and supporting the team under the direction of the Northern Care Alliance (NCA) Patient Access & Administration Service (PAA). The post holder will provide a comprehensive staff management service including rostering, workload planning, holiday and sickness management, personal development planning and staff induction. The post holder will ensure all reception areas provide a high-quality service focused on customer service for each patient and the Trust's clinical teams.
