Salary: £23,300 – £27,650

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assessment Administrator to join the Multi-Level Testing Team.
About the role
The purpose of the role will be to provide critical administrative support to internal teams and external suppliers working on end-to-end test content production and results determination processes.
* Providing administrative support for the production of test content item/task/test level by selecting and completing tasks from Zendesk and ensuring they meet required standards.
* Providing administrative support for quality assurance activity on marking and results determination processes.
* Establishing and subsequently maintaining constructive working relationships with colleagues across the organisation and key external stakeholders.
* Ensuring assessment content, results and key documentation are produced efficiently, in line with standard procedures, on time and to the specified standard of quality and accuracy.
About you
* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents).
* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Planning, co-ordination, prioritisation and decision-making skills.
* Experience of working in a busy and complex professional environment.
* Experience of working with complex processes and systems.
