Chubb Fire & Security have an exciting opportunity for a Resources Planning Analyst to join our Customer Excellence Contact Centre basedin Blackburn (BB1 2PR), to analyse operational data to assist with resource allocation decisions,on a full time, permanent basis.

SALARY: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid with the first 6 months to be office based until fully trained

What You Will Be Doing as a Resources Planning Analyst (Contact Centre)
The main goal of this role is to collaborate with various departments to identify their resource needs and constraints within our busy Customer Excellence Contact Centre.
Support transition to a WFM tool
Analyse operational data to assist with resource allocation decisions
Identify and analyse trends to forecast future resource needs
Develop and implement resource allocation models and plans
Collaborate with various departments to identify their resource needs and constraints
Prepare and present reports on resource utilisation and future needs to management
Monitor resource utilisation and adjust plans as necessary
Identify and recommend process improvements to optimise resource utilisation
Assist in budget planning by providing insights on resource needs and costs
Ensure that resource allocation aligns with company objectives and strategic plans
Works under general supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday Friday 9am-5pm (Flexible on times)
What We Would Like You To Bring
Proven experience as a Resource Planning Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different departments
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (i.e. Microsoft Excel)
