A leading further education provider in Cambridge is seeking a Quality Lead to oversee and enhance the delivery of apprenticeship programmes across Carpentry, Brickwork, and Maintenance Operations. About the role: Working closely with the Work-Based Learning Manager, you will lead a team of assessors, ensuring apprenticeship programmes consistently exceed key performance indicators. You will monitor delivery quality, provide strategic interventions, and use data analysis to drive improvements. About You: Experience: Proven background in quality assurance, ideally within a construction education setting. Knowledge: Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and regulatory requirements. Leadership: Ability to motivate, support, and develop a high-performing team. Analytical Skills: Competent in data analysis and report writing to drive informed decision-making. Collaboration: Experienced in working with apprentices and employers to maximise achievement rates.
