We're looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward-thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates is expanding on existing talents and is now searching for an experienced Sales Representative to take up the position of Senior Sales Negotiator.

The ideal candidate will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and, in particular, negotiations. You should have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context, believing passionately in delivering superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities.
Key Objectives:
1. Generate potential valuation appointments
2. Conduct viewings and draw offers
3. Engineer the touting system
4. List and sell properties together with ancillary services
5. Follow-up business leads
6. Achieve minimum levels of business targets

3. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Be highly organized

Hours:
- Monday to Friday - 9am to 6.00pm
- Rotational Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm
- 28 days paid holiday in each year inclusive of the normal 8 bank and statutory holidays
